At CE-iT, we have been working without an office since our founding. Everyone works from wherever suits them best. More often than not that’s from home, and sometimes at a client’s location. Periodically we meet in person, because it’s good to see each other in real life now and then, and also to reflect on what everyone is working on. And we do a lot, both for clients and with the development of new products and features for MA!N.

In this newsletter, we want to highlight two things we are working on: payment links and our newest product, MA!N Connect.

Payment Links

MA!N already allowed you to add payment links to emails or use them in the Collections Portal with Mollie. This makes it easy for customers to pay, for example via iDEAL (soon to be Wero).

Last January we added Buckaroo alongside Mollie as a second payment provider, and Pay will be joining soon. This gives you more options to make paying easier for customers.

MA!N Connect

At CE-iT we believe in flexibility, because one client’s needs are not another’s. That’s why we often build custom integrations between MA!N and ERP or financial systems for our clients, so that MA!N has access to all the data a customer needs.

But sometimes a generic set of data is sufficient, and the cost of a custom integration doesn’t justify the benefits. A different approach can then be the better fit.

There are solutions available in the market that address this. However, they don’t meet the standards we set for the software itself and for support. So we got to work on an alternative, and that alternative is called MA!N Connect.

MA!N Connect is a standalone product alongside MA!N Credit Management. It retrieves data from various systems for MA!N or another application, and it is already running for multiple clients.

But it doesn’t stop there.

We are also developing an online portal for MA!N Connect, where you can configure which data you retrieve and where you send it. It puts you in control and gives you flexibility.

MA!N Connect currently supports data exchange with Exact Online, Twinfield, Afas, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. We will continue to expand the number of systems based on demand.
